About us.
Most advice is built in a silo.
We build strategy around the full picture.
Our in-house team coordinates your most critical financial disciplines to ensure every decision is connected and every outcome is planned.
How we got here.
The people who would become Consortium arrived from different directions; national law firms, public accounting practices, private equity, and high-net-worth financial planning. Across careers and disciplines, they kept arriving at the same conclusion.
The specialists were excellent. The coordination wasn't there.
Tax lawyers disconnected from the financial planner. Accountants operating separately from the insurance strategy. Legal structures built in isolation from the financial reality they were meant to protect. Clients managing real complexity, left to hold it together themselves.
That gap has a cost. Not always visible. Rarely immediate. But real — in opportunities missed at the intersection of disciplines, and decisions made without the full picture.
Consortium Advisory was built to close it. One team, across every discipline that matters.
Craig Moore and his story.
“I didn't always set out to build a firm. I set out to solve a problem I kept seeing up close.
For years I worked as a kind of “family CFO” for professional athletes and high-net-worth families, coordinating the specialists around them: investment advisors, tax lawyers, accountants, bankers, insurance experts. My job was to make sure nothing fell through the cracks.
What I took from that work wasn't just technical knowledge. It was a conviction. The most valuable thing you can give an individual or family isn't a better product. It's time. Time they'd otherwise spend chasing down advisors, translating between specialists, or trying to figure out which expert to trust with which decision.
That conviction is why Consortium Advisory exists. One team, under one roof, so clients never have to navigate the complexity alone.”

Our approach.
When the same team owns your tax strategy, your corporate structure, and your estate plan, decisions are made in concert — not in sequence.
You move from a tax position you inherited through reactive filings to one you intentionally built.
Intentional tax strategy
Your estate plan reflects your corporate reality. Your investment strategy accounts for what your accountant already knows.
Connected planning
Our model is also designed so you can access our full depth of expertise without upfront advisory fees. We're compensated through the implementation of the strategies we recommend, aligning our interests with yours from day one.
Aligned implementation
Tracking down the right expert, coordinating between advisors, figuring out who owns which decision — that's our job, not yours. Your time is too valuable for anything less.
Time saved
Beyond the balance sheet.
Financial expertise should benefit more than a ledger. Our team's commitment to the community is reflected in our work with organizations like the Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba and The Dream Factory, supporting the places where our clients live and build their legacies.
